Berlin, Germany

Before we chose to go to Berlin, I was exploring what you would definitely look at. I suggested that you give Berlin a crunch in 3 hours, so I'm glad that for that day we'll be fine for it. Unfortunately we did not miss. I really do not know how it could be, but at least most of what we were doing in the woods. The original plan was the circuit From Alexander Platz via Under Linden to Potsdamer Platz and back to Alexander Platz. But we ended up at the Reichstag, so we've done about half of it

For me once again walking, so what can be seen in Berlin:
From the hotel we were drove by tram directly to Alexander Platz. Of course there is a television tower. And it is certainly not the first to attract the tower from the souvenirs of the Trabant.

Opposite the tower there is a metro station where there is a public wc and a full restaurant, so there is also a tram stop. We got here by tram no. 4th

The Menschen Museum (http://www.memu.berlin/) is a television tower. There is also a tourist information center there.

The  Neptune Fountain and Rotes Rathaus are on the left.

I'm not sure if Rote Rathaus looks at us from inside, they stop us from saying they have the action, but they did not mind when we took photos in the lobby. In front of Rote Rataus, a new metro station is built so it's all enclosed and you have to get around to get there. On the right is the St. Stephen's Church. Marienkirche, before which is the statue of Martin Luther. From the church we continued through the passage around the great MacDonald and got to the Berlin Cathedral.
I certainly recommend this visit, it has beautiful decoration and can go up to the roof overlooking Berlin. Here was a little chaos because before you let it down on the floor that leads to the roof is a turnstile, but only a limited number of people are leaving. So we were not sure or possible anymore, but it was letting us down when some people met down. Entrance to the cathedral is 7 € adult and 5 € student.
In front of the cathedral there should still be a DDR museum that has access directly to the river opposite the cathedral.

On the right is the Altes museum, which forms an entrance to the Museum Island. It consists of the New Museum, Pergamon Museum, Altes Gallery, Bode Museum. We visited the Neues Museum, because Berlin without Nefertita would not be it. The ticket purchased on site costs 12 € adult and 6 € student.

We continue on to the State Opera and Humbolt University to the Madame Tussaud and Brandeburg Gate. Approximately 2,5 km from the cathedral.

On the right side of the Brandenburg Gate there is Reischtag, who has a free entry to the dome, but needs to be booked in advance.

Here's our walking trip. Her legs were hurt. But it can be further down to Potsdamer Platz. In Berlin you will certainly find the Berlin Wall, Check Point Charles, the Jewish Monument and a lot of many. When I was looking at the leaflets, I took Postdam with its palaces and park. http://www.insidertour.com/

Public transport

Transport in Berlin is provided by buses, trams, metro. Tickets can be bought in a tramm buses or kiosk. You need to specify from and to you want the kind of ticket you want. Do not forget to tick the ticket. On the bus, we bought a ticket directly from the chauffeur and we also scanned it.

 Airport

We landed at Schonefeld Airport, it is a small airport. Every terminal has its building. We bought a ticket for travel and a tourist map at the airport. And then we walk along the sidewalk that is right through the subway to the train stop that took us to the city. To get out of the train we saw the Molecule man on the river.
